Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel an order for any reason, please contact us for assistance. If your order has not already shipped we may be able to cancel it for you. If an order has already shipped we will accept a return under the terms of the Red River Western Wear Online Return Policy.
North Carolina State Sales Tax: Red River Western Wear Online is required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to a North Carolina address. The appropriate State and local tax rate will be charged on the price of the items purchased and on shipping/handling charges where applicable. If you are making an exempt purchase, please contact us and provide us the appropriate documentation (e.g. Resale or Exemption Certificate) to claim your exemption. Contacting us before you place your order and/or faxing us the appropriate documentation with your order will help us to avoid billing adjustments.
Red River Western Wear Shipping, Overnight/Expedited deliveries, and Credit Card processing: Red River Western Wear processes all online credit and debit card transactions safely and securely at PayPal.com. In order to accomplish this and to keep fraudulent purchases to a minimum, all payments take 24 hours to process. We apologize for any slight delay this may cause, but feel it is important for the safety of all our valued customers. Please note that all in stock orders including expedited shipments will ship on the following business day, not the day of the order. Since UPS does not pick up or deliver on Saturdays, Sundays and Holidays, Red River Western Wear cannot ship on those days.
Gift Certificates: We currently do not offer gift certificates. If we do in the future we will update this section.
Red River Western Wear Online Return Policy: 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed. Red River Western Wear Online has a 30 day return policy, from the date received by the customer. Returned items must be unworn, unwashed and unaltered. Items must be appropriately packaged and boxed. Include a copy of the sales receipt along with an explanation for reason for return and whether store credit, exchange or refund is requested. Red River Western Wear Online will not accept any packages that are shipped COD.
Red River Western Wear online purchases cannot be returned to the physical store location. Also, in store purchases cannot be return shipped to the online store. This is due to differences in the online store return policy and the physical store’s return policy.
As part of our customer relations program we will implement e-store promotions, special offers and/or discounts from time to time and reserve the right to apply additional rules regarding our return policy. Again, all rules and/or policies will be made available at the time such offers are valid. A restocking fee may apply to items returned after 30 days and to certain other items. Your invoice will note the restocking fee for those certain items.
Please allow adequate time to process your return and credit to be posted. Credit should appear on your credit card statement within one billing cycle, or a refund check should arrive within 30 days. Losses or shortages should be reported immediately.
Custom merchandise, special orders, drop ships, supplements, vaccines/medications, videos, books, software, altered items and bits are non returnable.
Red River Western Wear Christmas Return Policy: Red River Western Wear offers an extended return policy until January 15th for all items purchased in November and December as Christmas gifts.
Bits Return Policy: No bits are sold by Red River Western Wear at this time.
Rope Return Policy: No rope is sold by Red River Western Wear at this time.
Saddle Return Policy: No saddles are sold by Red River Western Wear at this time.
Damaged Item(s) Return: If anything is damaged in your order, please save the carton and all the packing material as well as the item. Do not return the merchandise. Notify us immediately at 1- (919) 965-3337, so we can instruct you on the proper handling in order to return/replace the damaged merchandise. This will ensure the quickest replacement. Merchandise damaged during shipping must be reported to Red River Western Wear Online within 24 hours of receipt. We may need to contact the shipping company for visual inspection of the merchandise and box. We will then issue you credit for the amount of any confirmed damaged merchandise.

Returns: Please send your package via insured and prepaid UPS, for your protection and to ensure prompt delivery to us. Shipping and Handling fees are not refundable. Ship all return packages with a letter explaining why the item is being returned (exchange, refund, etc.). Ship all packages to the following address:
